The apartment at Genteel Home Feria in Seville was fantastic! It had a cozy living room with a comfy sofa where we could relax after a long day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen with a dining area made it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy them together. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and had all the necessary toiletries. Plus, the flat-screen TV was a nice bonus!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the private entrance in our apartment. But hey, that's just my personal preference and I'm sure others might appreciate it.

Our group of three had a fantastic stay at this centrally-located apartment. Paula, who gave us the keys, went above and beyond to provide great recommendations for local attractions and food spots. The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The highlight was the attached terrace, which offered comfortable seating and beds. The apartment felt like a home away from home, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker and dishwasher, as well as a washer and drying rack. The staff were also very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely consider returning for a longer stay.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The outside terrace is attached to the property and easily accessible. Beds and seating in the lounge area are comfortable. Communication with staff is responsive. Self-check-in makes for an easy arrival. The host is easy to reach and communicates well. The apartment instructions are clear. The kitchen is fully equipped with a grocery store right outside. The location is great, near everything with great dining options. The apartment is large, clean, and feels like home. It is fully equipped with a washer and drying rack. The staff accommodated an earlier check-in and provided excellent recommendations.
Felt very welcomed, no complaints at all.

The location couldn't be better! Just a short walk to Metropol Parasol and a 30-minute stroll to the Alcazar palace. Plus, having a Carrefour Express downstairs was super convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary supplies. The beds were comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Another bonus was that dogs were welcome, which was a big plus for us. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back!
One downside was the noise from other apartments. Some people didn't have respect for others and were loud, especially coming and going.

The hotel's decoration was elegant and sophisticated, with a touch of traditional Spanish charm. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable atmosphere for senior people like myself. The hotel's accessibility was excellent, with wide hallways and easily accessible elevators, making it easy for me to navigate with my walker.
I would have asked for better assistance from the children working there.
